How can I place an order?

You can place your order in our online shop at our website www.nukak.es. Look around, compare and find the bag that you like the most. Add the products to your cart, fill the shipping details and proceed to the payment. Your unique and exclusive bag will be on its way to your home.

Where are Nukak products sold and sent from?

All of Nukak’s products are sold and sent from Barcelona, Spain, to the rest of the world.

Do I need to have an email address to place an order?

Yes, that way you will be able to get a message with the order confirmation, the description of it, the total amount and the estimate shipping time. We would also use this email to get in touch with you if there’s any problem with your order.

How can I got over and finish my order?

When you place your order and the payment goes throw you will receive an email with the confirmation, details of the order, total amount and the estimate shipping time. This email will also include the tracking number so that you can check the status of your order on the website of the shipping company.

When will I get my order?

Almost all items are sent within 4-8 days even if your order has more than one item in it because the products you are buying are in our stock ready to start their journey.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What happens if one of the requested products is out of stock?

It’s almost impossible for this to happen because the model you see at our online shop is the one you are purchasing, it’s the one that we have in stock. If there’s a technical issue we will get in touch with you to inform you about it and you will be able to choose from choosing another item for the same amount or getting a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have authorized the payment with your credit card or you have made the transfer, it will only be possible to cancel the order if there has been a mistake with the shipped product or if it’s been damaged.

What payment method can I use?

At Nukak’s online shop you can use Visa, Master Card and American Express as paying method for all orders. You can also make a money transfer or use PayPal. Your order will go throw an authorization process as soon as you confirm it. Once it’s been authorized we’ll start to process it.

What shipping method can I request?

All orders shipping to Spain will be shipped as standard and those shipping to out of Europe will be always shipped as express. For the rest of Europe you will be able to choose if you want your order to be shipped as standard or express.

How does Nukak protect my credit card information?

Nukak’s security servers are under strict control to prevent against any intrusion or use of credit card information without authorization and to guarantee the confidentiality of all personal information. Nukak uses the standard SSL (Secure Socket Layet).

When will the payment be charged to my credit card?

The amount will be charged to your credit card during the purchase when your bank authorizes the operation.

Which currency are payments made in?

All credit card payments made at our online shop are made in euros. The credit card statement will show the transaction in euros and in the corresponding currency depending on your bank. The billing currency will be euros.
